SHIPPING POLICY

Note: The Mimiq Shipping Policy applies to you if you purchase within the Mimiq website (“Purchaser” or “you”) The Shipping Policy is an integral part of the Mimiq Terms of Sale.

1. Ship Response and Delays

All orders are processed within 5 business days in a commercially reasonable manner. Orders may not be processed during weekends, local or international holidays. Orders may be delayed due to high volume especially during holiday shopping season, any force majeure events (acts of god – fires, earthquakes, natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemic, supply chain crises etc;), critical business events, 

In such events shipments may be delayed by a few days or in rare cases even longer and Mimiq will make reasonable efforts to contact the Purchaser by email. Please also factor in any additional days for transit to your shipping address. 

2. Ship Rates & Delivery

Shipping charges and delivery estimates applicable to your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. While Mimiq strives to maintain the estimated pricing shipping costs and delivery time estimates are subject to change due to carrier pricing or other factors beyond Mimiq’s control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

A shipment confirmation email will be sent as soon as an order has shipped and will include a tracking number(s). The tracking number is temporary, dependent on the shipper and will be effective only for a certain time period.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Mimiq is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customers responsibility. If required under the applicable law, Mimiq will also charge the applicable taxes, including, withholding tax, sales tax, or value-added tax, which shall be paid by you.

5. Damages

Mimiq is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, including any loss, damage or theft after delivery to the shipping address. If the order was damaged, the Purchaser needs to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Mimiq recommends saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim

6. Changes

Mimiq may update this Shipping Policy from time to time at its sole discretion and without notice or notification.
